Step 1: Navigating to the Connections Page

Your journey begins at Wachat Bot’s side menu. Here, you’ll find an easily recognizable WhatsApp icon.

Click on this to navigate to the Connections page. This is the hub where you can connect your WhatsApp account to Wachat Bot and start leveraging the power of an advanced chatbot for your business communication.

Step 2: Creating an Instance for WhatsApp Connection

Now that you’re on the Connections page, it’s time to set up a new instance for your WhatsApp connection.

Look at the top left corner of the page and find the “+” icon. Click on this symbol to create an instance. This will serve as a bridge between your WhatsApp account and Wachat Bot, enabling seamless integration.

Step 3: Initiating the WhatsApp Connection

Once you’ve successfully created an instance, it will appear on the Connections page. There’s a meatball menu icon (three vertical dots) beside the created instance. Click on it and select the “Connect” option from the dropdown menu.

Upon selecting “Connect,” a pop-up will appear on your screen with detailed instructions on how to link your WhatsApp account. Follow these instructions to proceed with the connection.

Step 4: Scanning the QR Code

The instructions in the pop-up will guide you to scan a QR code using your WhatsApp account. This process mirrors the method used when connecting to WhatsApp Web.

Open WhatsApp on your mobile device, head over to the settings, and select “WhatsApp Web.” Here, you’ll find an option to scan a QR code. Point your device’s camera at the QR code displayed on the Wachat Bot screen and wait for the scan to complete. This action effectively connects your WhatsApp account to Wachat Bot.
