Creating effective campaigns is key to boosting customer engagement. With Wachat Bot, creating a campaign tailored to your customers has never been easier. In this blog post, we’ll guide you through the process of setting up a campaign on Wachat Bot, from inception to dispatch.
Step 1: Navigate to the Campaign Creation Page
Go to the Campaigns page within the Wachat Bot system. Here, you’ll find the “+ new campaign” button in the top left corner of the page. Click on this button to start setting up your campaign.
The campaign message can be linked to a contact tag, allowing you to direct the message to a certain set of target customers.
Step 2: Fill Out the Campaign Form
Once you click on the “+ new campaign” button, a form will open, allowing you to set up your campaign. This form requires you to specify the type of message you’d like to send – text, image, or audio. Remember, the type of message you choose should align with your campaign goals and the preferences of your target audience.
Next, select the Contact Tag for your campaign. Lastly, choose when you want to send your message. You have the option to send it immediately or schedule it for a later time. Once you’ve filled out the form with all the necessary information, click “Save”.
